SHIPPING
How long will it take to receive my order?
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday during business hours, excluding public holidays. While we strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, occasional delays may occur, particularly during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Estimated delivery times once your order has shipped:
- United States: Shipped via FedEx Express or UPS. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.
- Australia: Shipped via FedEx Express. Orders usually arrive within 3–4 business days.
- Europe: Shipped via UPS or TNT. Delivery is generally completed in 1–2 business days.

Rest of the World (Express Shipping):
Shipping rates for destinations outside the regions listed above may be higher due to the absence of special contract pricing. We primarily use UPS for international deliveries, which are fully trackable. The estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days. Please get in touch with us if you'd like to upgrade or adjust your shipping preferences.
Will I be charged customs or duties?
Some countries may apply import duties or additional handling fees. UPS may also charge processing fees for customs clearance. These fees are outside our control and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Will my order be trackable?
Absolutely. A tracking number will be provided unless you request otherwise.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal on our website.
Is it safe to shop on Pestemal.com?
Yes. Pestemal.com operates on Shopify’s secure infrastructure. All personal data is protected using SSL encryption with a 128-bit key, the highest level of commercial encryption available.
How much will customs fees be?
Customs fees vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
ORDERS
How do I place an order?
Simply select the product you like, add it to your cart, and follow our user-friendly checkout process. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll begin processing your order and keep you updated with notifications at each stage.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes. You may request changes within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing info@pestemal.com with your order number and the details you’d like to modify.
Note: While we cannot add new items, we can update the shipping address, size, or other details within this timeframe.
How do I cancel my order?
Cancellations follow the same 2-hour window as modifications. Please email info@pestemal.com within two hours of placing your order to request a cancellation.
Why the 2-hour limit?
To ensure prompt dispatch, our warehouse team begins preparing your order shortly after it’s received.
How do I return an item?
Please contact one of our sales managers, who will guide you through the return process and assist with all the necessary steps.
Where is my order?
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet, please contact us at info@pestemal.com, and we’ll look into it right away.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. All products undergo a quality control check, but rare issues may occur.
Please email us at info@pestemal.com with photos of the issue. We will investigate promptly and coordinate with our teams to resolve it.
PRODUCTS
The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
Many of our limited-edition items are reproduced once we receive sufficient demand. You can sign up for a restock alert or email us your projected order quantity so we can assess and inform you accordingly.
Why can’t I see product prices?
For fairness and transparency in the wholesale market, we display prices only to registered users. Once registered, you’ll gain full access to pricing for over 1,000 products. As your order volume increases, you’ll automatically unlock improved pricing through our customer ranking system.
Do you offer custom logo options?
Yes. Pestemal.com provides comprehensive customization services, including logo design, embroidery, private labeling, and more. Just email us your logo, and our Design Team will handle the rest. Visit our Services page for full details.
Can I order a sample?
Absolutely. If you’d like to request a product sample—especially for a custom design—please contact one of our sales managers for assistance. Visit our Contact page for more information.
Can I customize the product?
Yes. With adequate order quantities, you can customize every detail of your product—from fabric and size to color, weave, packaging, and finishing touches. Whether you’re envisioning an organic jacquard beach towel with a zippered pocket or a round towel with tassels, just send us your inquiry and product details.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, gift cards are available and make great options for our retail customers. Purchase them directly from our Pestemal Club page.
Does Pestemal.com support sustainable production?
Yes. We are committed to responsible and ethical production. Pestemal.com proudly partners with local producers in the small villages of Buldan, Turkey, many of whom operate traditional looms. By working with them, we support rural development and help preserve local craftsmanship.

All of our products are proudly made in Denizli, Turkey, a region renowned for its quality textile production and traditional craftsmanship.

All fabrics are sourced from reputable suppliers within Turkey to ensure consistency and quality.
